Job Description

Are you a recent graduate who is looking for a hands-on Administration role? An exciting opportunity has become available within a well known, modern organisation based in Central London. The role will incorporate aspects of diary management, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel and hotel arrangements and maintaining databases. In order to be successful in this role you must have excellent organisational and administration skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You must have proficient knowledge of MS Office, and minute-taking ability as you will be assisting with all meeting documentation and collating agendas and papers.
