Working alongside the Examinations Delivery Manager, this International Examinations Board is looking for an Examinations Coordinator to join the team. The post-holder will be responsible for providing efficient organisation of multiple itineraries and examination sessions across all subject areas within the UK and internationally. The key responsibilities of the role will include taking care of all examination logistics i.e. booking travel, accommodation and wider tour schedules. The post holder will also be in attendance of regular review and planning sessions, as well as attending conferences and events. In order to be successful in this role you should have excellent customer service and administrative skills, a working knowledge of the UK and international geography and strong IT skills, proficient in the simultaneous use of Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of working in the Education or Charity sector is an advantage.
