An independent regulatory body based in Central London is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exemplary administrative and organisational support as part of a department assisting the work of a director, and the wider senior leadership team when required.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant Role:
- Proactive diary management, including identifying and resolving conflicts before they arise.
- Schedule and arrange the logistics for a wide range of meetings.
- Undertake secretariat support to key committees, including circulating documents and taking accurate minutes.
- Book business travel and accommodation, processing related claims.
- Act as point of contact for the senior team, prioritising messages and requests.
- Draft correspondence.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Educated to A-level standard or with equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable administrative experience in a similar role supporting senior managers.
- Experience of providing committee secretariat support.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, particularly the MS Office package.
Salary and Details:
- c£29,500 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Based in Central London, with provision for remote working for part of the week.
