A not-for-profit institution based in Central London is looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The post-holder will lead and manage the facilities support team, including reception, administrative support and maintenance, to ensure that all facilities within the organisation always run smoothly. They will ensure a high standard of facilities management, health and safety, cleanliness and prioritise high standards of customer service for staff and other stakeholders. Working alongside the wider operations team and other departments, the post-holder will ensure all infrastructure for the organisation is fit for purpose and that the best use of outsourcing contracts is adopted where suitable.
To be successful in this role, the post-holder will have extensive experience of working in facilities management, as well as proven administration skills. They must also be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; as well as be able to multi-task and, identify priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
