An awarding body are recruiting a head of examinations, responsible for leading the team in overseeing the end to end process and delivery of exams.
- Manage all aspects of examinations delivery.
- Work with directors to support growth and long term targets of the body.
- Ensure standards of the qualifications are maintained and exams are compliant with regulations.
- Recruit, train and manage the exams administration staff.
Key skills and experience:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of managing a team at a senior level.
- Experience of budgeting and financial control.
- Knowledge of educational qualifications, ideally in the arts field.
