We are looking for a HR Advisor with a focus on Learning and Development, to join the team of this government organisation based in the City of London. The post-holder will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the learning and development activities of the organisation. Responsibilities will include; but not be limited to:
- Ensuring a corporate learning and development plan is developed
- Developing and providing regular management data on leaning and development activities
- Reviewing the organisations in-house training programmes
- Reviewing and creating new policies with the changes in employment legislation
To be successful in this role the post-holder must have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Please note that this is a temporary position, on a part-time basis (21 hours per week).
