We are looking for a qualified HR Advisor (CIPD Qualified, Level 5) to join the team of a prestigious organisation based in Westminster. The main focus of the role will be to provide a proactive and professional HR service to the organisation's employees, working alongside the Senior HR Manager. This will be achieved by taking day to day responsibility for general HR matters, including; recruitment, employee relations, HR metrics information, payroll support and absence management.
The post-holder will also be responsible for managing staff relationships and partnering with line managers to review employee relations and performance management. If you can offer proficient IT skills, generalist HR expertise and experience of using relevant systems, policies and procedures to produce HR metrics then we would love to hear from you.
