Job Description

A professional membership body based in Central London is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to provide effective HR support to the team and the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To respond to all HR queries.
  • To produce HR documentation as requested.
  • To organise and take minutes of regular meetings.
  • To carry out necessary referencing and security checks for new starters.
  • To maintain the HR database.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
  • Previous HR administration experience essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Payroll administration experience desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of HR databases.
