A professional membership body based in Central London are looking to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator to lead and support the busy HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment.
The post holder will lead recruitment operations and continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes. You will work closely with senior HR staff, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as support the HR administrator.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 qualified or have the equivalent relevant experience, along with working knowledge of employment law and awareness of recruitment assessments. Excellent MS office skills are essential for this role and strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail especially when managing multiple deadlines.
