Job Description

A prominent professional membership body is looking to recruit an HR Policy and Projects Advisor to deliver innovative work which contributes to the constant improvement of their HR and Organisational Development policies and services.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Policy and Projects Advisor Role:

  • Develop and implement a range of employment policies and procedures designed to supplement and enhance existing policy.
  • Undertake research and proactively monitor changes in wider employment legislation and act as an organisational resource to ensure best practice is adopted.
  • Project plan the review of existing employment policies in order to introduce updated guidance.
  • Develop and undertake people projects with an eye on continuous improvement of service delivery.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • CIPD Level 7-qualified, or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating people policy in line with a detailed understanding of employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to balance competing projects and priorities in a time-sensitive environment, with demonstrable success in delivering HR-related projects.
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable fluency in IT, MS Office, with excellent database, word-processing and typing skills.

Salary and Information:

  • c£47,500 per annum.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Central London-based, with remote-working provision for part of each week.
