A professional membership organisation based in central London is looking to recruit a Membership Administrator to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to existing members undertaking further professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities of the Membership Administrator:
- Ensure a high level of customer service to members and prospective members while providing administrative support and guidance on a range of qualification-related concerns.
- Act as first point of contact for all course-related queries from members.
- Ensure that qualification information on online channels and website, such as policy documents and guidance, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide secretarial support to related committees, including drafting and circulating agendas and recording minutes.
- Support the success of related projects, including by organising events and liaising with external regulatory bodies.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience for the Membership Administrator:
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a customer-focused outlook.
- CRM/database input and data management experience is desirable.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Duration:
- c£15 per hour
- Full-time, temporary role due to start immediately and last for up to 6 months.
- Central London-based and hybrid, with some provision for remote working
