Job Description

A prestigious membership body is looking to recruit a Programme Officer to coordinate administrative and financial support across a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Programme Heads and Project Managers in the coordination of several administrative and financial tasks.
  • Monitor all project budgets and compile accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Process claim forms and maintain accurate expenditure records.
  • Liaise with senior members of staff to provide financial updates.
  • Carry out several administrative tasks as and when required, such as filing, coordinating meetings, taking minutes and photocopying.
  • Handle enquiries efficiently and direct information as appropriate.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to A-level standard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of budget management and invoicing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and database maintenance.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work effectively to tight deadlines.

    Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to c£26,000 per annum
