An international examining body is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer to coordinate activities that ensure assessments are in line with agreed processes.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Officer Role:
- Coordinate the monitoring of examiners, double-marking of written exams and moderation of written submissions.
- Work in conjunction with other teams across the organisation to ensure that good practice is supported.
- Review and update processes and documentation to guarantee the accuracy of analyses.
- Process all invoices related to quality assurance activities.
- Undertake specific activities for panels operating internationally.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree standard or with equivalent experience.
- Strong time management skills and excellent IT abilities, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work under own initiative and excellent time-management skills.
- A naturally client-centric approach with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary and Benefits:
- £24,000 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Based in East Croydon, with provision for remote working.
