- Welcome all visitors and assist them if needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Update and organise the college calendar.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks, as and when needed.

- Excellent telephone manner.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
