Job Description

A consultancy firm based in central London are looking for an experienced and capable administrator to join them, providing support to the sales and the operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to sales team and senior management
  • Updating CRM Databases
  • Managing correspondence between the sales team and clients
  • Processing sales orders and providing quotations where necessary
  • Dealing with queries via email and telephone

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • An extensive background within administration, preferably in a sales environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships both externally and internally
