A consultancy firm based in central London are looking for an experienced and capable administrator to join them, providing support to the sales and the operations teams.
- Administrative support to sales team and senior management
- Updating CRM Databases
- Managing correspondence between the sales team and clients
- Processing sales orders and providing quotations where necessary
- Dealing with queries via email and telephone
Essential Skills and Experience:
- An extensive background within administration, preferably in a sales environment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Highly organised, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships both externally and internally
